Are there long-term contracts or commitments?

None. You may cancel your membership in our network at anytime. You are however liable for all leads you receive up until the cancellation point. Annual membership fees (if any) are non-refundable.

How does GoServices charge for their services?

We charge your account for each valid customer referral sent to your company email address. This email contains complete customer's information which allows you to contact the customer and proceed with a booking. We will not charge for any invalid/fake leads or duplicate referrals from the same customers. There are no other charges – we only charge when we bring you new customers.

How do customers find GoServices?

We heavily invest in advertising our website and constantly work on our site making it more search engine friendly ensuring increased volume of new visitors. Currently we have thousands of customers coming to our website every day searching for reliable local transport companies in your area.

How will I get the leads?

All customer leads are sent to you by email to the email address you provide to us and simultaneously appear in Service or Info Requests sections of your member account. Once you receive our email, you can contact the customer directly or log in to your account to view request details and contact the customer using our convenient interface.

Can I use your service if I don’t have a website?

Yes, you can. You do not need a website to use our services. All you need is access to email to retrieve customer referrals.

Does GoServices take an additional fee or commission if I book a job from one of your leads?

No, GoServices does not. The only fee charged to you is the “per lead” fee. Review our rates on “Fees & Expenses” page of the website.

Do I pay for each lead, or only the ones I book a job on?

You are charged for each lead that you receive from us at the rates listed on “Fees & Expenses” page. Responding to your potential customers promptly and politely as well as providing competitive rates will help ensure you have a good booking ratio.

I don’t have a company credit card, are there other options to pay?

Right now our system is set up to handle billing by credit card only. Having a manual system would only increase our overhead and staffing costs which would be reflected in higher costs per lead for the service companies. Currently we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit cards.

When is my credit card billed, and how do I know how much is charged each month?

The leads are totaled up at the end of each month. At that time you will receive a notification by email that your monthly statement is available to be viewed in your member’s account. There you will be able to see how many leads you received, the total amount charged to your credit card and review all received leads in detail.

How do I keep track of leads I receive from GoServices?

You can view all of your received customer referrals by loging in to into your member profile at any time. All received referrals are archived in your profile including the complete request info and customer's contact information.

How do I decrease/expand my service areas or change my services and fleet information?

You can log into your member profile at any time using username / password you set up during registration process and modify your company information as needed.

What if I am a member of a similar service already?

Great, then you are already familiar with how powerful a pay per lead service can be. In the rare event that you should get a duplicate lead from us that you have already received from the other service simply forward both leads back to us at support@GoServices.com and you won’t be charged for the lead. This address appears on the bottom of every email lead we send you for easy reference.

What is a bad lead, and do I get charged for them?

A bad lead is one where someone may have (1) put in a wrong phone number (2) their email address didn’t work (3) they put in a fake name. All you need to do is forward the lead back to us at support@GoServices.com and you won't be charged for the lead. This address appears on the bottom of every email lead we send you for easy reference.

Are any of my competitors also members of your transport network?

Very likely. The easiest way to see for yourself would be by searching our Service Directory at www.GoServices.com and browse your own service areas to see which local vendors come up as a match.

How many transport vendors could get the same referral?

Customer referral distribution is really determined by customer choices. GoServices does not select companies to receive referrals - our customers do. Customers are limited to eight service vendors per search for limousine, shuttle, and medical transport companies. For taxis, consumers are limited to 1 taxi vendor per search.
